Thank you for choosing LEWA of Sweden. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the processing, dispatch, and delivery of your orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Order Processing Times
We strive to get your LEWA functional pouches to you as quickly as possible.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and Swedish national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) on business days will generally be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive a separate notification email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden.
2. Shipping Rates, Delivery Estimates & Couriers
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
* Important Note for Finland: We do not sell or ship to Finland from this website. For our Finnish customers, please visit lewaofsweden.fi.
Domestic Shipping (Sweden)
- Courier: Bring PickUp & Box
- Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Fee: 49 SEK.
- Free Shipping: We offer free priority express shipping within Sweden on all orders over 399 SEK.
European Countries Shipping
We ship to most countries across Europe, including both EU and non-EU nations (such as Norway).

Denmark & Norway: Bring PickUp & Box
All other European Countries: DHL Express Priority Shipping - Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days.
- Shipping Fee: Applicable shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and package weight, and will be calculated dynamically at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to selected European countries on all orders over €39. (The free shipping option will automatically unlock at checkout once the cart threshold is met for eligible countries).
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to severe weather, courier operational delays, or peak holiday seasons.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
While our products are nicotine-free, cross-border shipments (especially to non-EU countries like Norway) may still be subject to local scrutiny, and local taxes or import duties may apply.
- Customer Responsibility: LEWA of Sweden is not responsible for any additional customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including but not limited to tariffs, taxes, and duties) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If you are ordering from a region outside the standard EU VAT area, please check with your local customs office for information on potential import charges before placing your order.
Deliveries to Norway: VAT, Customs & Handling Fees Since our products are manufactured in Sweden, you do not pay any customs duties (0% customs fee) when ordering to Norway. However, as Norway is outside the EU, your order is subject to local Norwegian VAT and a carrier handling fee upon delivery.
Our website displays prices excluding VAT for Norwegian customers. You will pay for the products and shipping at our checkout, and the Norwegian authorities will charge the VAT and handling fee when the package crosses the border.
How the fees are calculated:

VAT (MVA): 15% calculated on the total order value (products + shipping costs).

Carrier Handling Fee: 46 NOK for orders under 500 NOK. For orders of 500 NOK or more, the fee is 78 NOK.

4. Local Import Regulations
All LEWA of Sweden products sold on this site are 100% nicotine-free and tobacco-free functional pouches containing ingredients like caffeine, vitamins, and minerals.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the importation of dietary supplements or highly caffeinated products complies with the local laws and regulations of the destination country. LEWA of Sweden is not liable for packages confiscated or destroyed by local customs or health authorities.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the courier (Bring or DHL), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update with your shipment’s status.
6. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. LEWA of Sweden is not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Unclaimed Packages: If a package is delivered to a Bring PickUp point or a DHL collection point and is not collected within the courier’s specified timeframe (usually 7–14 days), it will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
- Fees: For all uncollected or undeliverable packages returned to us, we will deduct a handling and return shipping fee of €10 / 100 SEK from your final refund to cover administrative and logistical costs.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
We take great care in packing your functional pouches, but transit issues can occasionally occur.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and goods. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery point first. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
