DELIVERY

The Delivery Policy applies when you, as a customer, purchase a product via www.lewaofsweden.com. An agreement is entered into between you as the customer (“you” or “the customer”) and LEWA of Sweden AB, organization number 5559085-3072 (“LEWA”).

The expected delivery time is 1 – 3 business days. If you have not received your order after 4 business days, please contact our customer service at info@lewaofsweden.com. Should LEWA, for any reason, be unable to deliver your order and has notified you of this, you have the right to cancel your purchase by contacting our customer service as stated above.

Delivery is made via DB Schenker. Shipments are collected from the pick-up point within the time stated in the notification. Packages must normally be collected in person (bring valid identification and have your notification and order number ready). You will always receive a notification indicating where and when the package can be collected. Notifications are usually sent by email, phone call, or SMS.
